FINE ARTS GALLERY

When Lakeview Museum of Arts & Sciences becomes part of the Peoria Riverfront Museum, it will bring exciting new opportunities for the museum to share its collection. You'll see more than 600 works of art spanning three centuries of Midwestern culture including textiles and the Illinois River wildfowl decoy collection.

The Folk Art Gallery will feature rotations from the museum's collection as well as various thematic folk exhibitions, while The Fine Arts Gallery will allow us to show objects from the museum's Fine Art, Ethnographic and Natural Sciences collections. And favorites like the museum's Rodin sculpture, Frank Lloyd Wright chair and Remington sculpture will be displayed regularly.
