OP ART SENSORY TOUR
Op Art, or optical art, relates to how we perceive art in the world around us. Op Art primarily focuses on simple shapes, colors, and patterns to create images that are more than stationary.
The style gained momentum in the 1960s with artists such as Sol LeWitt, Bridget Riley, and Victor Vasarely and utilized the emotions and experiences of the times in order to get people to experience something outside of themselves. Our exhibition contains many of the finest works of Op Art, encouraging you to experience a wide range of emotions, thoughts, and feelings. No one person will have the same experience, and that is the true beauty of Op Art.
