Normal Operational Hours, 10 a.m.- 5 p.m. | MUSEUM WIDE

Enjoy exclusive time reserved just for members to explore the museum!

While the museum is typically closed on Mondays, we will be open two Mondays this summer for a member-exclusive day at the museum! 

The Museum will be open June 17th and July 15th for typical museum hours, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Explore Sharks , watch an educational documentary or catch a planetarium show! All educational films are only $5 with the member discount!

There will be yard games on the Sun Plaza, educational guided tours of Sharks, sketch activity opportunities and so much more!

Flex your achievement passport! All points are TRIPLED on Member Mondays!

Schedule of activities:

  • Yard Games | 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. | on the Sun Plaza | 10 points
        
  • Deep Dive Docent Tours | 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. | In Sharks | 50 points
        
  • Guppy Story Time | 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. | In Sharks | 20 points
        
  • Drawing activity | 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. | In Sharks | 50 points
        
  • Shark craft | 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. | Museum Lobby | 10 points.

Giant Screen Theater Schedule:

  • Superpower Dogs - 11 a.m.
        
  • Great White Shark- 12:30 p.m. and 3 p.m.
         
  • Cities of the Future- 2 p.m. and 4 p.m.

Planetarium Schedule:

  • Perfect Little Planet- 11:30 a.m.
         
  •  Supermassive Black Holes: Uncovering the Invisible (new show! )- 1 p.m.
        
  • The Sky Tonight (live)- 2 p.m.
          
  • Tour the Universe (live)- 3 p.m.
