Forty years after an Iowa boy moved to Chicago to pursue his design dream, a book was born.
Join us in a lively conversation between Peoria's own Ed Sutkowski and veteran Chicago designer Kerry Grady as they explore the stories, inspirations and challenges of Kerry's lifelong pursuit to uphold timeless design principles over four decades of continuous change.
This main event features a collection of Kerry's wide-ranging design work presented in the Peoria Riverfront Museum's Giant Screen Theater, accompanied by an exhibition in the McCord Gallery.
A reception and book signing with Kerry Grady, hosted by Linda & Ed Sutkowski, follows the event. The reception features Cyd's in the Park hors d'oeuvres paired with red and sparkling wine, as well as ice tea and water. Kerry Grady's books and merchandise will be available for purchase.
