Duck call! All young decoy enthusiasts, Duck Days of Summer is coming to the Peoria Riverfront Museum!
The Legacy of Duck and Duck Calling:
Enjoy The Legacy of Duck Calls and Duck Calling, a presentation that will include live duck call demonstrations and calling tips by Joe Tonelli and Championship Goose caller Joey Perez. All registered participants will receive a hat and special RNT duck call and also be eligible for a chance to win a FREE day hunt from five different local duck clubs; Rice Pond, Princeton Game and Fish, West End (Mud Lake), South End and Show Me Your Snows. All participants attending the presentation can enter a drawing for duck hunting related gifts. Program includes luncheon during the showing of a classic 1950s movie filmed on the Delta marsh, Once Upon A Marsh. Joe Tonelli will also have a display of vintage duck and goose calls.
This special event is perfect for children 10-16. There is only space for 20 participants, so reserve your place now!

Duck Days of Summer:
This Quacktastic Celebration is open to the public and free with general admission. Experience a delightful array of decoy-themed activities in the newly arranged Center for American Decoys
, and enjoy meeting some new feathery friends on the vibrant Sun Plaza. The Sun Plaza will be transformed into a playful family fun area, complete with a small pool boasting 500 rubber ducks giving YOU a chance to win exciting prizes from the museum store. The Sun Plaza will also have a delightful bubble machine, a ducky sprinkler, and lively music.
Throughout the day, there will be fantastic giveaways of books and duck calls.
We're thrilled to collaborate with the Center for Prevention of Abuse, who will be promoting their Duck Race. Quacky the duck will be in-person on the Sun Plaza to greet everyone!
