Join us for a special member exclusive tour through the first exhibition in our suite of exhibitions celebrating America's 250th anniversary: Joyful Resistance.
This tour will be lead by artist Felandus Thames, whose work is featured in the gallery. Joyful Resistance is the largest and most significant grouping of Black art in the museum's history, and has recently undergone a refresh with new objects and artworks to tell the full story of Black art, culture, and impact on the American story.
