On October 14, 2023, there will be an Annular Solar Eclipse visible in a narrow path across the United States. In Central Illinois, the Sun will be about 60% eclipsed - a partial solar eclipse. Visit the museum and watch the eclipse with us! You must use proper eye protection to safely observe this eclipse. We are selling eclipse glasses in our museum store.
