Eric Heard is team lead for Rivian and, for nearly 20 years, a real estate broker for Coldwell Banker Commercial. A consumer-focused business professional and strategic planner, Heard creates comprehensive solutions for commercial real estate owners and developers built on forward-thinking concepts for stimulating local economies in tough financial climates. He began his career as planning and zoning commissioner for the city of Peoria.
Heard has served many nonprofit boards and organizations in the Peoria area, and is the African American Hall of Fame Museum-appointed representative for the museum, also serving on the AAHFM board.
